The city of Shangh has unveiled a comprehensive action plan med at transforming the elderly care sector and addressing challenges posed by its rapidly aging population. With the ultimate goal of becoming a global leader in technological innovation and industrial advancement in elderly care, Shangh plans to establish an elderly care technology park, state-of-the-art incubators, enterprise innovation hubs, and research platforms. The city's strategy focuses on nurturing leading enterprises, creating demonstration sites for elderly care technology products, and applying these innovations to cater to diverse needs.

A key aspect of the plan involves leveraging technology. Shangh develop s and algorithms that specialize in voice, facial, emotion, motion recognition, and environmental perception.
